What Stores Accepts Bitcoin as Payment in South Africa

Forex Trading in Kenya.

Someone posted on here a few days ago asking about forex and forex trading in Kenya, I have gone through the responses and clearly, most people don’t have an idea. It is 3am in the morning and am in a good mood so let me make this post. This will be a comprehensive and lengthy post so grab a pen and paper and sit down. We’ll be here a while.
FIRST OF ALL, who am I..?
I am a forex trader, in Nairobi, Kenya..i have been actively involved in forex since I found out about it in Feb 2016 when I somehow ended up in a wealth creation seminar (lol) in pride inn Westlands, the one close to Mpaka Rd. Luckily for me, it was not one of those AIM global meetings or I’d be on Facebook selling God knows what those guys sell. I did not take it seriously till August of the same year and I have been active ever since.
I don’t teach, mentor or sell a course or signals, I trade my own money. I am also posting from a throwaway account because I don’t want KRA on my ass.
What the fuck is forex and forex trading.
In simple plain English, forex is like the stock market but for currencies. Stock Market = Shares, forex = currencies. If you want more in-depth explanation, google is your friend.
These currencies are pegged on specific countries, united states- dollar, UK- pound, euro zone- euro, Switzerland- Swiss franc, Kenya- Kenya shilling.. you get the point. Now, there are specific events and happenings between these economies that affect the movement and values of the currencies, driving their value (purchasing power up and down). Forex trading exploits these movements to make money. When the value is going up, we buy and vice versa (down –sell)
Is forex trading illegal in Kenya? Is it a scam?
Illegal, no. scam, no. All the banks in the world do it (KCB made about 4 billion from trading forex in 2019)
Have there been scams involving forex in Kenya?
Yes. Here is one that happened recently. This one is the most infamous one yet. Best believe that this is not the end of these type of scams because the stupidity, greed and gullibility of human beings is unfathomable.
However, by the end of this post, I hope you won’t fall for such silliness.
What next how do I make it work..?
Am glad you asked. Generally, there are two ways to go about it. One, you teach yourself. This is the equivalent of stealing our dad’s car and hoping that the pedal you hit is the brake and not the accelerator. It is the route I took, it is the most rewarding and a huge ego boost when you finally make it on your own. Typically, this involves scouring the internet for hours upon hours going down rabbit holes, thinking you have made it telling all your friends how you will be a millionaire then losing all your money. Some people do not have the stomach for that.
The second route is more practical, structured and smarter.
First Learn the basics. There is a free online forex course at www.babypips.com/learn/forex this is merely an introductory course. Basically it is learning the parts of a car before they let you inside the car.
Second, start building your strategy. By the time you are done with the babypips, you will have a feel of what the forex market is, what interests you, etc. Tip..Babypips has a lot of garbage. It is good for introductory purposes but not good for much else, pick whatever stick to you or jumps at you the first time. Nonsense like indicators should be ignored.
The next step is now the most important. Developing the skill and building your strategy. As a beginner, you want to exhaust your naivety before jumping into the more advanced stuff. Eg can you identify a trend, what is a pair, what is position sizing, what is metatrader 4 and how to operate it, what news is good for a currency, when can I trade, what are the different trading sessions, what is technical analysis, what is market sentiment, what are bullish conditions what is emotion management, how does my psychology affect my trading (more on this later) an I a swing, scalper or day trader etc
Mentors and forex courses.. you have probably seen people advertising how they can teach and mentor you on how to trade forex and charging so much money for it. Somehow it seems that these people are focused on the teaching than the trading. Weird, right..? Truth is trading is hard, teaching not quite. A common saying in the industry is “Those who can’t trade, teach” you want to avoid all these gurus on Facebook and Instagram, some are legit but most are not. Sifting the wheat from the chaff is hard but I did that for you. The info is available online on YouTube, telegram channels etc. am not saying not to spend money on a course, if you find a mentor whose style resonates with you and the course is reasonably priced, please, go ahead and buy..it will cut your learning curve in half. People are different. What worked for me might not work for you.
Here are some nice YouTube channels to watch. These guys are legit..
  1. Sam sieden
  2. Cuebanks
  3. TheCoinFx
  4. The trading channel
  5. Astro
  6. Forex family
  7. Wicksdontlie
Advanced stuff
  1. ICT
After a short period of time, you will be able to sniff out bs teachers with relative ease. You will also discover some of your own and expand the list. Two tips, start with the oldest videos first and whichever of these resonates with you, stick with till the wheels fall off.
How long will it take until things start making sense
Give yourself time to grow and learn. This is all new to you and you are allowed to make mistakes, to fail and discover yourself. Realistically, depending on the effort you put in, you will not start seeing results until after 6 months. Could take longeshorter so there is no guarantee.
Social media, Mentality, Psychology and Books
Online, forex trading might not have the best reputation online because it takes hard work and scammers and gurus give it a bad name. However, try to not get sucked into the Instagram trader lifestyle as it is nowhere close to what the reality is. You will not make millions tomorrow or the day after, you might never even make it in this market. But that is the reality of life. Nothing is promised, nothing is guaranteed.
Your mentality, beliefs and ego will be challenged in this market. You will learn things that will make you blood boil, you will ask yourself daily, how is this possible, why don’t they teach this in school..bla bla bla..it will be hard but growth is painful, if it wasn’t we’d all be billionaires. Take a break, take a walk, drink a glass of whatever you like or roll one..detox. Chill with your girl (or man) Gradually you will develop mental toughness that will set you up for life. Personally, I sorta ditched religion and picked up stoicism. Whatever works for you.
Psychology, this is unfortunately one of the most neglected aspects of your personal development in this journey. Do you believe in yourself? Can you stand by your convictions when everyone is against you? Can you get up every day uncertain of the future? There will be moments where you will question yourself, am I even doing the right thing? the right way? It is normal and essential for your growth. People who played competitive sports have a natural advantage here. Remember the game is first won in your head then on the pitch.
Books: ironically, books that helped me the most were the mindset books, Think and grow rich, trading for a living, 4 hour work week, the monk who sold his Ferrari..just google mindset and psychology books, most trading books are garbage. Watch and listen to people who have made it in the investing business. Ray Dalio, warren, Bill Ackman and Carl Icahn.
This is turning out to be lengthier than I anticipated so I’ll try to be brief for the remaining parts.
Brokers
You will need to open up an account with a broker. Get a broker who is regulated. Australian ones (IC Market and Pepperstone) are both legit, reliable and regulated. Do your research. I’d avoid local ones because I’ve heard stories of wide spreads and liquidity problems. International brokers have never failed me. There are plenty brokers, there is no one size fits all recommendation. If it ain’t broke..don’t fix it.
Money transfer.
All brokers accept wire transfers, you might need to call your bank to authorize that, avoid Equity bank. Stanchart and Stanbic are alright. Large withdrawals $10k+ you will have to call them prior. Get Skrill and Neteller if you don’t like banks like me, set up a Bitcoin wallet for faster withdrawals, (Payoneer and Paypal are accepted by some brokers, just check with them.)
How much money can I make..?
I hate this question because people have perceived ceilings of income in their minds, eg 1 million ksh is too much to make per month or 10,000ksh is too little. Instead, work backwards. What % return did I make this month/ on this trade. Safaricom made 19.5% last year, if you make 20% you have outperformed them. If you reach of consistency where you can make x% per month on whatever money you have, then there are no limits to how much you can make.
How much money do I need to start with..?
Zero. You have all the resources above, go forth. There are brokers who provide free bonuses and withdraw-able profits. However, to make a fulltime income you will need some serious cash. Generally, 50,000 kes. You can start lower or higher but if you need say 20k to live comfortably and that is a 10% return per month, then you can do the math on how big your account should be. Of course things like compound interest come into play but that is dependent on your skill level. I have seen people do spectacular things with very little funds.
Taxes..?
Talk to a lawyer or an accountant. I am neither.
Family? Friends?
Unfortunately, people will not understand why you spend hundreds of hours watching strangers on the internet so it is best to keep it from them. Eventually you will make it work and they will come to your corner talking about how they always knew you’d make it.
The journey will be lonely, make some trading buddies along the way. You’d be surprised at how easy it is when people are united by their circumstances (and stupidity) I have guys who are my bros from South Africa and Lebanon who I have never met but we came up together and are now homies. Join forums, ask questions and grow. That is the only way to learn. Ideally, a group of 5-10 friends committed to learning and growth is the best model. Pushing each other to grow and discovering together.
Forex is real and you can do amazing things with it. It is not a get rich quick scheme. If you want a quick guaranteed income, get a job.
And now it is 5am, fuck.
This is oversimplified and leaves out many many aspects.
Happy to answer any questions.

Had some thoughts on economics.

This is how I've been doing things in my Digital Perdition chronicle / narrative for Shadowrun for years. If this is useful, feel free to steal it.
I assume this probably isn't a new idea, but in my world, Nuyen is a form of cryptocurrency, like bitcoin or ethereum. It's also a "smart" currency, in that it can autonomously do things, all by itself. Any "nuyen app" on any comlink can, with a very simple user-facing interface, create things like escrows, trusts, provisional holdings, task verified transactions, etc. As long as the system can autonomously verify the information some how in the outside world, it can interact with it. (This also means the system is somewhat fallible and can be hacked / spoofed / fooled, which can lead to interesting emergent narratives / plots all on its own).
The fact that it's a cryptocurrency also informs the logic of what happens if Nuyen is copied. Ordinarily, this doesn't happen, and "naked nuyen" (nucoin outside of a wallet app or not encrypted on a credstick) is very suspicious, and if you're going to accept it, you need to be able to verrify it in real time, like right now, and transfer it to your account before you leave this dark alley / a abandoned warehouse transaction, or not accept it at all if you don't have signal. But if you do some how manage to clone some Nuyen, then just like crypto, and there's two of the exact same nucoin, then it's whoever syncs it to their account first. The other is considered the forgery. So that can create a "race against the clock" scenario if two opposing forces have the bag, the same bag, and need to get back to civilization before the other guy does. (This might not even come up in your games, but I play in a lot of areas like, in the middle of the ocean, pirates and atolls, as well as extremely rural northern Canada, South American jungles, and sub-Saharian Africa, exploring ancient blood mage / cultist desert ruins, etc, so often, "spotty signal" is an environmental hurdle / plot point.)
We also have "credcoins" in addition to regular old credsticks.
A "credcoin" is basically like an SD card, but with a poker-chip style plastic housing around it, to make it more handleable. The chip holds the actual encrypted nucoin (like a credstick) so they're not naked nuyen (see above), but they've also got an optical code, like a QR code, printed on them. They can be used in vending machines in 3rd world areas where signal might be spotty, or traded in physical transactions.
The way they work, is that we've written into the narrative that a certain block of numbers in the "nuyen hash" of each nucoin, maybe like the last five digits or something, who knows, but that there's a world wide industry standard number to indicate that these nuyen are dedicated for physical use. Sort of like how some IP addresses are reserved for localhost or LAN. If any system, any wallet app, sees these digits, it wont let them be "deposited". Only a physical bank can do it. This prevents someone from just scanning a credcoin, depositing the nuyen, and now the coins still look valid, but are useless. If you wanted to "deposit" them, you'd take them to a bank, they would scan them and verify, add them to your account, and remove those coins from circulation immediately by physically destroying them (or feeding them into a hopper to be able to 3d print new ones). They'd also charge you a fee for the overhead of the cost of actually producing currency, sort of like those CoinStar machines at Walmart that charge you a fee for counting all your change.
Speaking of counting change... That there's an optical code on credcoins makes that easy, too. Anyone with AR (augmented reality -- so basically, anyone, even if it's only through a hand held comlink screen, but usually AR contact lenses, glasses, goggles, or cybereyes) can just look at a credcoin and immediately know how much it is. You can also dump them out on the table, stand back so you get them all in frame, and just see a total for how much the value of all of them are. Each credcoin already has an ARO, but if there's a shit load of them together in close proximity, the AROs just merge together into a single one so as not to be "spammy". If you want to block the AROs, you can store your credcoins in signal blocking bags, containers, or metal coin rolls. Credcoins are also slightly different sizes and colors to tell the denomination at a glance, as well.
Anyway, I hope some of those ideas are useful for your games. :)

Censorship! 2 weeks of mod actions

As promised for a long time now, here's a breakdown mod actions in the past 2 weeks. I've previously done summaries for longer periods, but as it takes a few minutes to resolve each action, i limited the list to 1000 which corresponds to 2 weeks. The time period is roughly between the evenings of 28 April and 12 May.
I'm still busy with the details of the link and post removals. I've been working on this for 2 days now, so it'll take me until the weekend to get through them all. I haven't published the referenced addendum yet.

Bans

There were 8 permabans:
You are a bunch of stinking k####rs. It is going to be great to see all the k####rs die from Covid in the next few months. Viva Covid!!!
There were a few temporary bans. These are usually issued when users ignore multiple requests or warnings about our rules. These are issued in increments of days. It would be useful to issue one for an hour or two, rather than the minimum of 1 day.
Temp bans for abusive language:
Abusive language has been challenged before with accusations of it being anything from "not a school playground" to "1984-era doublethink". It's not acceptable to insult a stranger you're having a conversation with in public, then it's not acceptable to do so here.
Temp bans for misleading content:
And other miscellaneous reasons:
For anyone thinking that we ban whomever our ANC masters tell us to....tell them that I haven't received my kickbacks yet.

Unbans

Beyond the temporary bans coming to an end, there was one permanent ban that was removed, and that was for justluckyme2 who was incorrectly given a permaban, but a temp ban was intended. That was quickly corrected.

Mark submission as spam

This is an action that we use to help train the spam filters. Sometimes we remove spam posts when we should be marking them as spam - which removes the submission as well.
These are sometimes accompanied with bans. We love hearing about everyone's businesses or side hustles, as long as they don't violate reddit's TOS. If you want to but are unsure, send us a modmail. We'll typically direct you to https://www.redditinc.com/advertising

Mark comment as spam

A similar reason, but applies to comments
You might need to use a service like snew to view these.

Approve post

As a part of reddit and our own spam and abuse protection, posts are sometimes caught incorrectly. There are many reasons why a post is incorrectly removed. We aren't told the exact reason for these removals by reddit's spam filters and AutoModerator. While we have our own custom AutoModerator rules (That remove posts to known fake news sites, or flag comments that have some slurs), reddit has their own super-set of AutoMod rules we can't see.
If you can't see your post appearing when looking at the new queue in another browser, then send us a message. We often go through the mod queue which lists removed posts, but might not get to every one.
There were 91 posts approved by moderators. I'll list them in the addendum.

Approve comment

For a similar reason, comments are caught in a filter of sorts. We then approve the comment - if they were incorrectly caught - or confirm removal - if they were correctly caught.
There were 141 comments approved by moderators. I'll list them in the addendum.

Remove post

The very meaning of censorship! No-one likes their content being removed, but we remove posts that don't comply with the sub rules.
There were 346 posts in total removed. 196 of these were removed by AutoModerator for varying reasons. 91 were manually approved by us, a few were confirmed as being spam, but a lot were left as removed. Ideally we should have confirmed removal or approved each of them. Sorry if yours slipped through the cracks. That leaves 150 posts that were removed by moderators.
I'm doing a detailed report on these, so check back later.

Remove comment

You're censoring my views! Comments are generally moderated less than submissions. A post about a vacation in Thailand - for example - might not be relevant, but having a discussion about your Thai vacation in comments is just fine.
There were 302 comments removed. 188 were removed by AutoMod, leaving 113 comments being removed by mods.
I'm doing a detailed report on these, so check back later.

Edit flair

Occasionally someone selects the wrong flair for their post and moderators correct it. There were a few posts whose flair was changed by us:

Distinguish comment or Sticky comment

A moderator can distinguish their comment to appear different to other comments. We normally use them when acting in capacity as a mod, rather than in our own personal capacities (yes, it's possible for these to be distinct). Public removal reasons are distinguished, stickied comments. See addendum for the full list.
There are two ways to provide feedback to why a comment or post was removed. Via a comment, or via modmail. Myself and lengau often do public comments, while other mods send messages. You'll see that some are removed or deleted, because the request (translation, source, etc) was fulfilled.

Lock post or comment

This allows moderators to prevent comments being added to a post or replies made to a comment.
There were no locked posts and a few locked comments. All locked comments were some of the distinguished comments listed in the previous section.

Mute user

This is a feature in modmail - a common messaging system viewable by all mods - that allows communication from a user to be blocked for two days. If we ban a user, there's nothing stopping them from sending us love letters, like the one listed previously. They are often done to stop abusive message being thrown our way for a few days. There were 6 mutes. 3 resulting from permabans, 2 from temporary bans and 1 from a post removal.
Honestly, if we make a mistake with a ban or a removal, don't attack us. Chat with us.

Admin actions

We can see when reddit's admins do moderator actions in our sub. There have been no admin actions in this time period.
In case you're interested, the only action recently listed was performed a month ago, and was the removal of one comment: https://reddit.com/southafrica/comments/fkmczc/walied_josephs_was_in_picknpay_early_this_morning/fktjvcj/

But how can I trust that the data is correct? lovethebacon is clearly a paid ANC agent.

The other mods can verify this information. Use services like snew or removeddit to view removals. And can someone please tell Paul Mashatile that I haven't received my paycheck....ever.
It's worth nothing that different mods have different moderation styles. We don't have a fixed set of guidelines on what should be done in what circumstances, but it's up to each mod to do what they think is best for the sub. If any decision made by the mods should be reversed, let us know, here or in modmail.

Binary Options Review; Best Binary Options Brokers

Binary Options Review; Best Binary Options Brokers

Binary Options Review; Best Binary Options Brokers
We have compared the best regulated binary options brokers and platforms in May 2020 and created this top list. Every binary options company here has been personally reviewed by us to help you find the best binary options platform for both beginners and experts. The broker comparison list below shows which binary trading sites came out on top based on different criteria.
You can put different trading signals into consideration such as using payout (maximum returns), minimum deposit, bonus offers, or if the operator is regulated or not. You can also read full reviews of each broker, helping you make the best choice. This review is to ensure traders don't lose money in their trading account.
How to Compare Brokers and Platforms
In order to trade binary options, you need to engage the services of a binary options broker that accepts clients from your country e.g. check US trade requirements if you are in the United States. Here at bitcoinbinaryoptionsreview.com, we have provided all the best comparison factors that will help you select which trading broker to open an account with. We have also looked at our most popular or frequently asked questions, and have noted that these are important factors when traders are comparing different brokers:
  1. What is the Minimum Deposit? (These range from $5 or $10 up to $250)
  2. Are they regulated or licensed, and with which regulator?
  3. Can I open a Demo Account?
  4. Is there a signals service, and is it free?
  5. Can I trade on my mobile phone and is there a mobile app?
  6. Is there a Bonus available for new trader accounts? What are the Terms and
  7. conditions?
  8. Who has the best binary trading platform? Do you need high detail charts with technical analysis indicators?
  9. Which broker has the best asset lists? Do they offer forex, cryptocurrency, commodities, indices, and stocks – and how many of each?
  10. Which broker has the largest range of expiry times (30 seconds, 60 seconds, end of the day, long term, etc?)
  11. How much is the minimum trade size or amount?
  12. What types of options are available? (Touch, Ladder, Boundary, Pairs, etc)
  13. Additional Tools – Like Early closure or Metatrader 4 (Mt4) plugin or integration
  14. Do they operate a Robot or offer automated trading software?
  15. What is Customer Service like? Do they offer telephone, email and live chat customer support – and in which countries? Do they list direct contact details?
  16. Who has the best payouts or maximum returns? Check the markets you will trade.
The Regulated Binary Brokers
Regulation and licensing is a key factor when judging the best broker. Unregulated brokers are not always scams, or untrustworthy, but it does mean a trader must do more ‘due diligence’ before trading with them. A regulated broker is the safest option.
Regulators - Leading regulatory bodies include:
  • CySec – The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (Cyprus and the EU)
  • FCA – Financial Conduct Authority (UK)
  • CFTC – Commodity Futures Trading Commission (US)
  • FSB – Financial Services Board (South Africa)
  • ASIC – Australia Securities and Investment Commission
There are other regulators in addition to the above, and in some cases, brokers will be regulated by more than one organization. This is becoming more common in Europe where binary options are coming under increased scrutiny. Reputable, premier brands will have regulation of some sort.
Regulation is there to protect traders, to ensure their money is correctly held and to give them a path to take in the event of a dispute. It should therefore be an important consideration when choosing a trading partner.
Bonuses - Both sign up bonuses and demo accounts are used to attract new clients. Bonuses are often a deposit match, a one-off payment, or risk-free trade. Whatever the form of a bonus, there are terms and conditions that need to be read.
It is worth taking the time to understand those terms before signing up or clicking accept on a bonus offer. If the terms are not to your liking then the bonus loses any attraction and that broker may not be the best choice. Some bonus terms tie in your initial deposit too. It is worth reading T&Cs before agreeing to any bonus, and worth noting that many brokers will give you the option to ‘opt-out’ of taking a bonus.
Using a bonus effectively is harder than it sounds. If considering taking up one of these offers, think about whether, and how, it might affect your trading. One common issue is that turnover requirements within the terms, often cause traders to ‘over-trade’. If the bonus does not suit you, turn it down.
How to Find the Right Broker
But how do you find a good broker? Well, that’s where BitcoinBinaryOptionsReview.com comes in. We assess and evaluate binary options brokers so that traders know exactly what to expect when signing up with them. Our financial experts have more than 20 years of experience in the financial business and have reviewed dozens of brokers.
Being former traders ourselves, we know precisely what you need. That’s why we’ll do our best to provide our readers with the most accurate information. We are one of the leading websites in this area of expertise, with very detailed and thorough analyses of every broker we encounter. You will notice that each aspect of any broker’s offer has a separate article about it, which just goes to show you how seriously we approach each company. This website is your best source of information about binary options brokers and one of your best tools in determining which one of them you want as your link to the binary options market.
Why Use a Binary Options Trading Review?
So, why is all this relevant? As you may already know, it is difficult to fully control things that take place online. There are people who only pose as binary options brokers in order to scam you and disappear with your money. True, most of the brokers we encounter turn out to be legit, but why take unnecessary risks?
Just let us do our job and then check out the results before making any major decisions. All our investigations regarding brokers’ reliability can be seen if you click on our Scam Tab, so give it a go and see how we operate. More detailed scam reports than these are simply impossible to find. However, the most important part of this website can be found if you go to our Brokers Tab.
There you can find extensive analyses of numerous binary options brokers irrespective of your trading strategy. Each company is represented with an all-encompassing review and several other articles dealing with various aspects of their offer. A list containing the very best choices will appear on your screen as you enter our website whose intuitive design will allow you to access all the most important information in real-time.
We will explain minimum deposits, money withdrawals, bonuses, trading platforms, and many more topics down to the smallest detail. Rest assured, this amount of high-quality content dedicated exclusively to trading cannot be found anywhere else. Therefore, visiting us before making any important decisions regarding this type of trading is the best thing to do.
CONCLUSION: Stay ahead of the market, and recover from all kinds of binary options trading loss, including market losses in bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and forex markets too. Send your request via email to - [email protected]

Benefits and Risks of Trading/Bitcoin trader

Benefits and Risks of Trading/Bitcoin trader

Ought to you jump in and begin using your onerous-mined bitcoins within the markets? Find out the risks and advantages initial.KEY TAKEAWAYS
The market is devoted to trading in the globe's currencies.
https://preview.redd.it/u8gle9a0m4f51.jpg?width=770&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9368e9fe9613884fb4fd0c86fb716e50319f2d53
Many brokers currently settle for bitcoin and different cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin trades benefit from the anonymity and decentralized valuation system the currency represents.
They add a replacement layer of risk trading, exacerbated by the acute volatilityStandard Forex Trade
Before you think about whether to trade using bitcoin, it's helpful to understand how a standaroretrade works.

A forex trade is simply an exchange of 1 currency for an additional at its current rate. Unlike tourists who exchange their home currency for local spending cash, forex traders are trying to form cash off the continual fluctuations in the real value of 1 currency against anothe

Imagine you're an American trader betting that the British pound can lose price compared to the U.S. dollar. This is termed trading on the British pound/U.S. dollar currency pair (GBP/USD).The Impact of Decentralization
The key distinction is that, though forex exchanges would possibly be decentralized, the currencies themselves are backed by central banks in the countries that issue them. It's the duty of those banks to stabilize the value of their currencies and keep them stable
Now think about an example of a forex trade using bitcoin. First, you open a forex trading account with a broker who accepts bitcoins. These embody AvaTrade, one? eToro, and LiteForex.a pair of? You then transfer 2 bitcoins from your digital wallet to the forex broker’s digital wallet.

If you wish to trade using bitcoin, use only a locally regulated forex brokerage. And avoid using leverage till you know what you are doing.
Assuming the present bitcoin to U.S. dollar rate is 1 bitcoin = $seven,500, your deposit of two bitcoins is value $fifteen,00zero. Now, assume that you would like to require an edge in British pounds. If the exchange rate is £zero.five = $one, you may receive £7,500. When it rate changes to 0.45, and you square off your position t.sixty five in your trading account. You have got made a tidy eleven.elevenpercent profit and you're prepared to cash out.

Despite the very fact that your bet on British pounds earned you an eleven.11% profit (from $fifteen,00zero to $16,66six.65), the fluctuation in the bitcoin to U.S. dollar rate suggests that that you sustain a loss of zero.039 bitcoin or about -two.percent. (Initial deposit of 2 bitcoins — 1.961 bitcoins = .039 bitcoin).

However, had the bitcoin to U.S. greenback exchange rate changed to 1 bitcoin = $7,000, you'd realize a benefit from both the forex trade and the bitcoin exchange. You'd have received ($16,66half dozen.65/$7,00zero) = two.381 bitcoins, a profit of nineteen.onepercent.

Increased Unpredictability
This hypothetical example illustrates the large reason to exercise caution when using digital currencies for forex trading. Even the most fashionable and widely used cryptocurrency, the bitcoin, is highly volatile compared to most traditional currencies.

Within the year ending July 24, 20twenty, the value of a bitcoin ranged from $five,532 to $eleven,982
This unpredictability means that that the risks associated with trading forex using bitcoin are that abundant larger
Beyond the exchange rate fluctuations impacting profit and loss, there are other edges and risks to consider before trading forex with bitcoin
Decentralized Vauations: A major advantage of trading forex with the bitcoin is that the bitcoin isn't tied to a central bank. Digital currencies are free from central geopolitical influence and from macroeconomic issues like country-specific inflation or interest rates.
High Leverage: Many forex brokers offer leverage for bitcoin trades. Experienced traders can use this to their profit. However, such high margins ought to also be approached with great caution as they amplify the potential for losses.
Low Deposit Amount: A trader can begin with as little as $twenty five with some bitcoin forex trading firms. A few forex trading companies have even offered promotions sort of a matching deposit quantity. Traders ought to check that the broker is legitimate and appropriately regulated.
Low Cost of Trading: Most forex brokers that settle for cryptocurrency are keeping brokerage costs terribly low to attract new shoppers.
Security: You don’t would like to reveal your bank account or mastercard details to make a bitcoin transaction. This could be a massive advantage in terms of price and monetary security.

No World Boundaries: Bitcoin transactions don't have any international boundaries. A trader primarily based in South Africa can trade forex through a broker based mostly within the United Kingdom. Regulatory challenges could stay a concern, however if both traders and brokers are willing to transact, there aren't any geographical boundaries.
Risks of Trading Forex with Bitcoin
Different Exchange Rates: Bitcoin trades on multiple exchanges and exchange rates vary. Traders must guarantee they understand that bitcoin exchange rates the forex broker can be using.

U.S. Dollar Rate Risk: While receiving bitcoin deposits from clients, almost all brokers instantly sell the bitcoins and hold the quantity in U.S. dollars. Even if a trader will not take a forex trade position immediately when the deposit, he or she remains exposed to the bitcoin-to-U.S. dollar rate risk from deposit to withdrawal.
Danger of Volatility: Historically, bitcoin prices have exhibited high volatility. Within the absence of regulations, volatility will be used by unregulated brokers to their advantage and a trader’s disadvantage. For example, assume the intraday bitcoin rate fluctuates from $five,00zero to $5,300 U.S. greenbacks per bitcoin. For an incoming deposit of two bitcoins, the unregulated broker may apply very cheap rates to credit the trader $10,00zero (2 bitcoins * $five,000 = $10,000). However, once the trader is ready to create a withdrawal, the broker might use rock bottom exchange rate. Instead of the original a pair of bitcoins deposited, the trader receives o
Security Risks Inherent to Bitcoin: Deposited bitcoins are vulnerable to theft by hacking, even from a broker’s digital wallet. To reduce this risk, rummage around for a broker who has insurance protection against theft.

Risk of Leverage: Using leverage is risky for new traders who may not perceive the exposure. This risk is not unique to cryptocurrency forex trading and comes into play in traditional forex transactions still.
Asset Category Mixing: Cryptocurrency may be a different asset class altogether and has its own valuation mechanism. Trading forex with bitcoins primarily introduces a replacement intermediate currency which will impact profit and loss in unexpected ways. Any cash that's not locked down in an exceedingly trader’s base currency is a risk.
Although cryptocurrencies like bitcoin are gaining popularity, there are still several associated risks. In forex trading, dealing in a decentralized currency that provides global transactions with no fees is a bonus. But the tradeoff is actually adding a 3rd currency to what was a trading try

I have very limited and unconfirmed info on the origin of this variety, but I'm proud to offer a different set of genetics for any collector. Enlighten me if you have any info!
Alacabenzi
A cross of Alabama and Mexican Cabenzi varieties. One of my first personal studies, and still one of my favorites.

An original Thai variety from Koh Samui, this is a popular choice similar to and found near Ban Hua Thanon.

Costa Rican
Light in color, orgiginally found in Costa Rica :)
Creeper
Average in size when found in the wild, a truly picture perfect specimen.

Fiji
From the South Pacific islands of Fiji!

Named after it's discoverer, John Allen, this variety was found in Ban Tailing Ngam, Koh Samui, Thailand and developed by Roadkill of shroomery. Love to have this one in my collection to share!
Malabar
One of the most interesting varieties I've seen! When found in the wild, caps tend to stay straight out, rather than the typical mushroom shape. Even when fully mature, the veil tends to stay in tact. Really interesting study under the scope.
Martinique
Originating from the Caribbean island of Martinique, back by popular request!
Orissa India
Brought to us by John Allen all the way from India, this has been known as one of the largest varieties in the wild. It is rumored to have had genetics passed on from it's natural environment that makes them overly resistant to trich and other contams under the scope.

One of my top 3 varieties of all time, this one is quick and aggressive under the scope! LOOOVE IT!
PF Classic
The original Psilocybe Fanaticus Amazon variety, and often labeled as "Matias Romero" on some spore sites.
Red Boy
So appropriately named, this variety actually drops red spores! Super interesting study under the scope!
Rusty Whyte
Another leucistic variety, these always look super cool!
S. African Transkei
Possibly the only cubensis variety collected and shared from S Africa. Originally found in poo in the shade near the Indian Ocean. Also the birthplace of Nelson Mandella!

****Psilocybe Azurescens***\*
Originally made popular by my favorite mycologist of all time, Paul Stamets, this is known to be the most potent of any mushroom species discovered to date. ****Paneaolus Cyanescens BVI (British Virgin Islands)***\*
Pan Cyan from the beautiful British Virgin Islands.

I will update the available list daily as I get new varieties in stock or run out. This list is updated daily, but confirm your order with me before sending payment to be sure.
All syringes are 12cc/mL and come capped with a sterile tip cap, and also include an 18ga blunt tip needle and alcohol pads. Syringes are made in a lab grade environment and the utmost care and attention is the highest priority to be sure they are sterile. Anything exposed to an open air environment is subject to contamination, but I take every precaution possible to minimize this risk. I cannot "guarantee" they are 100% sterile, but I can guarantee that if you have an issue, I will make it right. I really do love to help, and if something happens, I'd like to know about it so I can fix the issue instead of you getting frustrated or giving up!
To ensure equal quantity of spores in each syringe, and for adequate suspension of the spores in the solution, I use a magnetic stir plate. Very often, this does such a good job of breaking up clumps of spores that it will appear to be sparse. THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE! There are still a TON of spores in each syringe, even if you can't see them individually (though most of my syringes appear to have a very good amount of visible spores...even with my horrible eyesight!). You can compare and contrast to see the blackish/purple tint to ensure every syringe is packed with spores. If a spore clump forms during transportation, simply give it a good flick with your finger and vigorously shake to break it up or free it from clinging to the wall of the syringe before examining.
Syringes ship in individual bags clearly labeled as to specific variety and born on date, bubble wrapped and shipped through USPS tracked shipping (discreet) within 24 hours of payment. I send tracking info soon after payment and give updates along the (super quick) way.
Please PM me with order details, including state shipping to, payment method, and the selected syringes for your order. Any messages referring to spores being used for anything other than microscopy use will be ignored. Don't do it.
THANK YOU ALL so much again for your continued support!! I appreciate it more than you know! MUSH LOVE
P.S. In no way am I trying to be an imposter. I AM NOT WILLY MYCO. I chose this u/ a while back as sort of a play on words and tribute to a legend most of us recognize, long before I became a spore vendor. I don't want anyone to think I am trying to pass off as him, though I do strive for his level of excellence and dedication to the craft! I appreciate all of the kind words, though, from people saying they learned from "my" videos. I wish I could pass on those notes to RR himself.
Cheers and MUSH LOVE!

Predictions for the future of cryptocurrencies

It was in the year 2017, cryptocurrencies skyrocketed to the next level. But, the future of Cryptocurrency is still getting plenty of predictions every moment. People from different domains have started looking for these predictions. In December 2017, Bitcoin broke the trading charts by surging up to $20k, and became the most worthy cryptocurrency to the world.
Even though Cryptocurrencies will impact the future — the regulations will keep getting tighter. Countries like United States, United Kingdom, Australia have accepted Cryptocurrencies. In future, there are chances that other countries will come forward and accept Cryptocurrencies. We are all hoping that countries like – Mexico, Thailand, and South Africa will take the necessary steps to make crypto legal and adopt the Blockchain. But, what do cryptocurrencies hold for us in the next decade? Here are the 10 fabulous predictions for the future of crypto’s.
Everyone will start to use Cryptocurrencies — and they may not even be aware of it.
Though it has been a decade since the arrival of Cryptocurrencies, there are people who aren’t aware of it. They make use of the traditional method of transactions to manage the money flow. In the future, businesses will start using Cryptocurrencies to pay for their services. With this, businesses will remove the middleman from various processes. And it will reduces costs and makes their services cheaper for the end user. All this will happen even when people aren’t aware of the cryptocurrencies. Bitcoins will hit $1 million.
John McAfee has predicted a very bold thought about Bitcoin hitting $1 million by the end of 2020. He believes that, crypto currencies are the most trusted ones. Once the Bitcoin takes over the global economy, the demand will increase and the traditional dollars will no longer be needed.
The owner of Snapchat, Jeremy Liew and Blockchain co-founder Peter Smith predicts that by 2030, the price will have reached $500.000.
In the future, Bitcoin will act as Remittances for many people. Lack of knowledge can make the people buy Bitcoins as a safer mode of investment similar to Gold. With smartphone transactions, half of the world will march towards non-cash transactions by the year 2030. Cryptocurrencies will replace Fiat currencies. According to Draper, one of the Crypto Enthusiast has recorded his view on the same. He says Fiat currencies will disappear as people will start marching towards cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. The major reason for this adoption is people believe cryptocurrencies as the reliable storages of value across country borders and political aspects.
If you consider the most popular cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, it has reached the top 30 currencies list by passing the $10.000 hallmark. Thus, most of the experts predict Cryptocurrencies are here to stay by being an alternative for Fiat Currencies. Moreover, it is said that the total lifespan of fiat currencies will be at a maximum of five years.
Government Agencies will soon adopt Blockchain Technology.
Countries with SEC Guidelines will start adopting Cryptocurrencies for their Governments. Currently, Government agencies are maintaining a separate database. Each agency is dependent on the other for its processes. This has been a tedious process nowadays. When Blockchain comes into the picture, the distributed ledger can provide effective data management to enhance the process and make it simplified.
In the next ten years, we can expect powerful cryptocurrencies to rule the Governments and manage the cash flow in the country. Crypto enthusiasts predict Government agencies will soon start adopting this Decentralized systems for their processes. For example, the Estonian Government has already adopted Blockchain Technology called X-Road, which stores the complete credentials of all citizens.
Future of Cryptocurrencies will integrate with Internet of Things.
IoT is already here. When both these giants get combined, we can expect a fantastic future of technologies without any doubts. According to the recent report by IDC, it is expected that Blockchain Technology will join their hands with the Internet of Things soon.
The primary motto of the integration is to render a highly scalable and secure framework for communication between IoT devices. Yet another thing is Cryptocurrencies have the stability to make micro-investments for smart devices in an efficient way.
Cryptocurrency Exchanges Trading.
The Trading enthusiasts in the crypto world are marching towards cryptocurrency exchanges for trading. In the near future, more cryptocurrencies will come into existence. With the growth in the price of cryptocurrencies, users will start trading with different currencies.
As Bitcoin is the popular cryptocurrency till the date, Ripple will also emerge to be the next Bitcoin in the future years. Along with this, Ethereum, Litecoin, Stellar will start to uprise their prices. As the price starts rising, it will have a great impact on crypto exchanges and the crypto world.
Banking and Financial industries will undergo disruption.
Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies have a lot to do with Banking and Financial sectors. Banks will eventually accept cryptocurrencies to reduce their complexities. Here are a few things cryptocurrency will do:
People will start opening Cryptocurrency Bank Accounts. Cryptocurrency Debit cards will become a normal thing. Instead of withdrawing money, one can buy Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies directly from ATM’s. Banks will be ready to offer cryptocurrency loans to suitable candidates. Cryptocurrencies will make an instant process.
Do you want to send money back to your parents living on the other side of the world? It will just require 5 seconds to send your $5000 to them with fewer transaction fees. You don’t need to wait for 3 days to fill their pockets.
In addition to the fast transactions, Blockchain Technology will bring in the feature of downloading or file transfer within seconds. Blockchain copies of games, music, videos, books will be sent to your cryptocurrency wallets at a higher speed which would eliminate today’s file transfer services.
New Cryptocurrencies will start emerging.
Though Bitcoins, Ethereum, Litecoins are ruling the world for now as they are the first Blockchain products invented. Innovations don’t stop here! Most of the new cryptocurrencies will start emerging and the future lies with them.
These cryptocurrencies will be far different from the present ones. Just imagine a cryptocurrency which can identify the individual’s reputation and lets you in investing in them! Great right? No wonder that we aren’t far away from it!
Cryptocurrencies will still be volatile.
Despite the measures to stop volatility, Cryptocurrencies will still implement the factors to eliminate it. The major factors for low volatility are regulation of the country and the markets. But when cryptocurrency trading emerges at its peak, cryptocurrencies would experience a deep feeling of relief.

5 syringes for $30
Golden Teacher (LIMITED TO 2 PER ORDER!)
A classic variety for any mycologist. Pretty standard, easy to work with and almost everyone starts here. Can't go wrong with GT! They go faaaasssst. Currently limited to 2 per order with mix-n-match due to extreme popularity.
Albino A+ (AA+)
While "true" albino's are just a mutation, this variety gets it's name from the leucistic trait of having less pigment than other varieties, appearing completely white when mature. One of the all time most popular varieties I've had the pleasure of offering!
Amazon
Originating from the Amazon rain forest, this variety is known to produce large, dense fruits in the wild, and certainly an interesting study under the scope :)
B+
Pronounced "Be Positive"!...Or at least that's what I like to say. The "+" is for the size! Looks a lot like Golden Teacher, only bigger. A favorite among beginning and advances mycologists alike and other than GT, probably the most popular variety.
Blue Meanie
This is the cubensis variety, not to be confused with Pan Cyan, the original Blue Meanie. One of my most popular varieties when it's in stock!
Chitwan
From the Chitwan jungle of Nepal, these are picture perfect under the scope.
Golden Halo
Really interesting study and you'll see why this one earns it's name. Darker on the inside, golden on the outer ring...looks like a halo!
Jedi Mind Fuck
Still haven't been able to find much info on the origin, but I have heard some interesting things about this variety.
McKennaii
Origin unknown, but holds a special place in my heart, due to being named after the late Terrence McKenna <3
Orissa India
Originally spawning from elephant dung, this is one of the largest studies under the scope.
PES Amazon
With genetics from Pacific Exotica Spora (PES), this variety has a few stories to go along with it. Really interesting study if you care to look them up, but it was originally thought to be a cubensis/azurescens hybrid, accounting for the "A" in PESA. After much controversy, most identify this variety as Amazon or Amazonian.
PES Hawaiian
One of the wider caps in the species, PES (Pacific Exotica Spora) Hawaiian are uniquely pleasant to look at under the scope. One of the quickest movers on the slide, and easily one of my favorites to study!
Red Boy
So appropriately named, this variety actually drops red spores! Super interesting study under the scope!
Rusty Whyte
Another leucistic variety, these always look super cool!
South African Transkei (SAT)
Originating near Durban on S. Africa's wild coast, these are known to be some of the first specimines brought back from Africa in 2002.
Treasure Coast
First collected in the southern Gulf Coast in Florida, earning it's name from the number of shipwrecks in the area, and perhaps one of the most resistant varieties out there!
Z-Strain
Much like Golden Teacher, but this variety seems to have some great positive characteristics that sets it aside. Very fast and aggressive under the scope, this one will not disappoint!
THE FOLLOWING EXOTICS ARE NOT PART OF THE 5/$30 MIX-n-MATCH DEALIO, but can be added to any order for $10 as an add-on. These are NOT cubensis, and NOT recommended for beginners!

I'm doing a lot on the back end over here to make sure I don't have to take a long break when I actually move next month, but I plan to be away from shipping from Feb 28-March 3 to get settled into the new place.
In other news, I have some really interesting varieties coming up that will be ready to ship upon my return! Cambodian, Costa Rican, Dancing Tiger, Lizard King, and a few more to follow! You can check out What's To Come and an always updated list of what's available on Millywyco and even make suggestions and requests for what you'd like to see in the future!
I'm still doing the pick 5 for $30 mix-n-match dealio as always, and have some new ones on this list as well I think you'll all enjoy :)
Much of the satisfaction I get throughout my day comes from YOU GUYS (and gals), from the positive encouragement, connections made and regular pleasant conversation. Keep sharing the recent positivity in your life, the cat facts, and warmth that's spread through this community. Be persistent, never give up and never stop learning!! I LOVE YOU ALL DEARLY <3
Please check out the updated list of inventory below. I'll make a post when I am able to get my hands on some other requested varieties, and as always, I accept trades! Feel free to send me a message if you have a request for something I do not have in stock. My wish list is your wish list! I'm sure we band together and find it if we try.

On the other hand, if times are tough for you right now, let's talk about it!

These are NOT cubensis, and NOT recommended for beginners.
****Psilocybe Azurescens***\*
Originally made popular by my favorite mycologist of all time, Paul Stamets, this is known to be the most potent of any mushroom species discovered to date. It's name comes from the bluish (Azure) tint active species get when bruised. This variety is also NOT for beginners, as it is a more difficult study and requires completely different conditions to observe on a slide.
****Psilocybe Serbica***\*
****Paneaolus Cyanescens***\*
These tiny guys pack a big punch, mostly in tropical areas. Unlike the Blue Meanie cubensis variety causing much confusion, this is the actual species also known as Blue Meanie.
****Paneaolus Cyanescens BVI (British Virgin Islands)***\*
Pan Cyan from the beautiful British Virgin Islands.
****Panaeolus Cambodginensis***\*

Ajax
I have very limited and unconfirmed info on the origin of this variety, but I'm proud to offer a different set of genetics for any collector. Enlighten me if you have any info!
Alacabenzi
A cross of Alabama and Mexican Cabenzi varieties. One of my first personal studies, and still one of my favorites.
Australian
From down under!
Ban Sa Phang Kha
An original Thai variety from Koh Samui, this is a popular choice similar to and found near Ban Hua Thanon.
Blue Meanie
This is the cubensis variety, not to be confused with Pan Cyan, the original Blue Meanie. One of my most popular varieties when it's in stock!
Costa Rican
Light in color, orgiginally found in Costa Rica :)
Creeper
Average in size when found in the wild, a truly picture perfect specimen.
Dakak Beach
Coming from the beautiful Dakak Beach in Dapitan City, Phillipines, this variety is said to have smaller fruits, but make up for it in other ways. A Very unique and mysterious study for any mycologist.
Ecuadorian
Discovered 1000 meters high in the mountains of Ecuador, this is a picture perfect specimen
Fiji
From the South Pacific islands of Fiji!
Great White Monster
Similar to albino A+, one of my favorites!
Hanoi
A substrain of Vietnam, much like Ban Hua Thanon
Hillbilly
Originally from Arkansas, this variety behaves similar to the Texas variety
John Allen
PES Hawaiian
Syzygy
As the story goes, this variety was brought back into circulation from a 12 year old print with Terence McKenna's handwriting on it! Syzygy was the name of the McKenna's brother's shop in Hawaii.
Tasmanian
From Tasmania...pretty neat.
Texas Yellow Cap
A yellow cap from Texas. Ok I don't have a ton of info...but nice to add to the collection!
Thai Lipa Tai
Another one from John Allen, found on the aisland of Koh Samui
Thai Pink Buffalo
Found in Thailand by John Allen in a field protected by the sacred pink buffalo. Sounds like he was having a good time ;)

THE FOLLOWING EXOTICS ARE NOT PART OF THE 5/$30 MIX-n-MATCH DEALIO, but can be added to any order for $10 as an add-on. These are NOT cubensis, and NOT recommended for beginners.
**** Penis Envy #6***\*
While this is not an exotic, I have this variety in limited supply, and due to it's popularity and rarity, I am adding to this list
****Psilocybe Allenii***\*
A bluing, wood-rotting species from the Pacific Coast named after the one who discovered them....the man, the myth, the legend....John Allen. Very proud to have this in my collection :)
****Psilocybe Galendoi ATL7***\*
So happy to have this sclerotia producing variety in stock after MANY requests!

****(WILD) Psilocybe Hoogshagenii var. Convexa (Semperviva)***\*
****Psilocybe Ovoideocystidiata***\*
For anyone looking to expand their collection and add a wood lover to the mix, Ovoideocystidiata is a must! I've had a few requests for this species, and am finally able to share with this wonderful community of mycologists :) Ovoids grow wild mostly in the eastern part of the US, but also in the PNW. Message me for more info on these! This is NOT a cube, and NOT recommended for beginners.
****Paneaolus Cyanescens***\*
These tiny guys pack a big punch, mostly in tropical areas. Unlike the Blue Meanie cubensis variety causing much confusion, this is the actual species also known as Blue Meanie.
****Paneaolus Cyanescens BVI (British Virgin Islands)***\*

List of Physical Stores where you can Buy or Sell bitcoin

There are a number of foreign currency exchanges and other places where there's a "storefront"/branch and an actual teller or other staff where you can just walk up and do a bitcoin buy and/or sell. But I don't think there's ever been a list of them compiled. Lots of location discoveries get shared on social media, like this one, bu there is just no comprehensive list anywhere. So that's what I'ld like to do here. If you know of a location please comment with the name or some details.
Physical stores and Trading Spaces
Europe, Middle East, and Africa:
North America:
Asia-Pacific:
Vouchers (retail)
Gift Cards
Vending
Hardware wallet sales locations (Note: It's always more secure to buy direct from the manufacturer)
There are also over-the counter (OTC) traders, who may or may not have a fixed location, but are not considered to be "physical stores":
Please share your additions, corrections, or comments.

An intro to mystery shopping apps, and quick cash!

Mystery shopping is a ton of fun, and usually very easy. Many of you may already use some or all of the apps listed in this post, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who don't or haven't even heard of them. In this post, I'm gonna go over the apps that I use which are a good intro into mystery shopping, and discuss what I like about them, what I dislike if anything, and how they work. These apps offer smaller tasks for you to complete in your local area, and aren't as time-consuming as regular mystery shopping, which is great if you're looking for some quick cash. The premise of all of these apps is pretty much the same: you open the app, look at the available jobs around you on a map, or in list form, and get paid for completing them. You travel to the location specified, and do the work requested in the fashion of a survey where you'd go step-by-step through the job for each task they'd like you to do. Another thing that they have in common is that they expect you to submit quality work (no blurry photos, clearly written responses, etc), and have a good attention to detail when it comes to the job's requirements and instructions.

Field Agent

REF | Invite Code: x59kv92 | NON-REF
Field Agent is, by far, my favorite of these apps that offer smaller jobs. The jobs are typically not too in-depth, and the pay is better than some of the others when considering the amount of work required. For instance, most of the jobs I do for Field Agent need only a few photos and ask a few multiple choice questions, and usually pay between $3-5. Don't expect all of them to be that way, though. For instance, I did a job a few days ago that asked me to walk around a convenience store and give my opinion on the store's cleanliness, check out a milkshake machine, look for signage/promotional material related to that machine, and give my opinions about. In total, that job took me about 10 minutes, and it paid $4. The good thing is that you can pick and choose the jobs you want to do. You reserve the job, and then go out and do it. The average window they give you to submit your completed job is 2 hours, which is way more than enough time to claim the job and get it done. Any jobs that would require more time will have a larger window for completion.
They also offer more in-depth jobs from time to time, and sometimes even multi-part consumer surveys. One of my favorite categories is Buy & Try. These are exactly what they sound like. They want you to purchase a specific product, submit a photo of your receipt, then try it out and tell them what you like and don't like about it. The best part is that in addition to paying you for the job, usually around $3, they also reimburse you for the price of the product when your job is approved. Reimbursement isn't limited to the Buy & Try category, though. If you're required to purchase something, they'll typically reimburse you for your cost of the product, and it will say so in the job's description.
Another thing that makes Field Agent stand out from the rest is that they have Scavenger Hunt categories. These are filled with products from somewhere that they need more information about. They provide you with the product's name, as it would appear in a store's inventory or on a receipt, the specific UPC of that product, and the store that it could possibly be found at. You don't actually have to find them at the listed store, though, or even at any store at all. If you have the product at your house, or a friend's house or whatever, that's perfectly fine as well. The item names are heavily abbreviated, so you've gotta be creative when trying to decipher them. If you do happen to find the exact product, which is evident by the product's UPC, then the bounty for these jobs is $6.50 for each one. My biggest piece of advice for the Scavenger Hunt items is to not spend a lot of time trying to find them, or going out of your way to do so. Stick to products you recognize, and may remember seeing somewhere. In some cases, the products shown are seasonal, regional, or even discontinued, which is why I don't suggest you go scouting for them specifically. Instead, take a peak around if you happen to already be somewhere that may carry it.
One more thing: DO THE TICKET JOBS!!! These don't pay anything, but they do sometimes qualify you for other jobs that you wouldn't be offered without having completed the qualifying ticket job first. They're very quick to do, and consist of anywhere from 1 - quite a few questions, but normally only take 30 seconds to a minute to complete. Each one you complete also gives you a ticket for their monthly drawing, and if you win that, the more tickets you have, the higher your prize will be (up to $500).
Average Pay: $3 - $5 per job
Average Approval Time: 1-3 business days
Cash Out Method: ACH (bank account required)
Minimum Cash Out: $3
Availability: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, Mexico, Ecuador

Mobee

Referral Code: QXDD | NON-REF
This is a pretty good one, and the pay is also pretty decent. I'm ranking this below Field Agent, though, because the "missions" tend to involve a bit more walking around and require more photos/questions to be answered. You're also not paid out in cash, but rather gift cards.
If you sign up using my referral code above, you'll also get an extra $3 (300 points) after your first mission is approved.
What sets it apart from Field Agent is that they sometimes give you bonus points, when your mission is approved, for various things. Bonus points can be awarded for such things as a long distance from the last mission you completed (even if it's not on the same day), your first time completing a mission at a specific store, etc. For the distance bonus, the farther straightline distance between jobs, starting at just 10 miles, the more bonus points you'll receive.
You can also earn points for claiming Achievements (you have to manually claim them from the Achievements tab once you've reached the specified goals). My favorite of all the achievements is specifically for new users where you can receive a total of $31, collectively through 5 separate Achievements, for completing just a single mission on 30 different days. The first of these 5 Achievements rewards $1 for completing just one mission. Other Achievements are for completing a specified number of missions at certain stores like Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.
One fallback of Mobee is that they don't pay you in dollar amounts, but it still isn't bad in my opinion. Instead, they award you with points (100 points = $1). You can redeem your points for gift cards which start as low as $5, and cover numerous retailers, restaurants, a virtual MasterCard, and more. You could also donate your earnings to a charitable organization listed in the app if you wish.
Another fallback, which actually kinda annoys me, but hasn't actually been an issue in my years of using the app, is that you cannot reserve missions. The mission must be available when you arrive at the location requested, and you aren't able to start it until you are there. Luckily, I don't live in a large area, so this hasn't been a problem for me as of yet.
Average Pay: $2 - $5 (200-500 points) per job
Average Approval Time: 3-5 business days
Cash Out Method: Gift Cards
Minimum Cash Out: $3 (for charitable donations), $5 (for gift cards)
Availability: United States, Canada

EasyShift

NON-REF
EasyShift is good, but you must pay attention to the requirements of each "shift." The rate of pay for EasyShift, in regard to the amount of work required, isn't normally as high as Field Agent or Mobee, but if you pick the right ones, it certainly can be, so be sure to read what's required of you for each of the shifts before you reserve them, as sometimes you'll find it's just not worth your time. Also, even though the rate of pay isn't always as high, the amount paid per job is usually higher than the former two.
Like Field Agent, you are able to reserve shifts, so you don't have to worry about it being taken by the time you get to your location.
The biggest problem I've had with EasyShift is the in-app camera, which doesn't show the full area of what you're capturing. This can be a bit annoying when you're asked to take a photo of something, which I'm pretty sure is required in every job if I'm not mistaken. The good thing is that you can review your photos, and delete/retake them if you need to. I've pretty much gotten used to this quirk, and adjust accordingly, so it doesn't bother me as much as it used to, but it would still be nice if they fixed it. Keep in mind that I'm using an Android device, so this may not be an issue for iOS users.
Average Pay: $5 - $10 per job
Average Approval Time: 3-7 business days
Cash Out Method: PayPal
Minimum Cash Out: None (Your pay for each shift is deposited into your PayPal account within a few days of it being approved)
Availability: United States

This is definitely a fun and very lucrative one. The pay rate for this app is actually really good. The only reason I'm putting it way down here is because the work involved for each of the "gigs" is more in-depth and sometimes labor-intensive. However, you do have the opportunity to earn much more, and you can be in direct contact with the people who are running the projects, which helps to lead to more and higher-paying gigs if you're able to complete more of the same ones, for instance. It also helps should you have any questions, or issues that need to be addressed.
The best parts of this app are the pay, the variety of gigs posted, and the direct contact with project managers/assigners.
To give a recent example, I completed a gig at a local Walmart which required that I scan the shelf tags of all products on all endcaps of the specified departments within the store. This type of gig is especially easy, since the in-app barcode scanner allows you to scan barcode after barcode in batches without having to submit each one. That gig took me roughly 30-45 minutes to complete, and paid $25.
To give an example of the opportunities for extra work, a while back my mother (who referred me to the app) requested, and was assigned, an audit of a beer cave at a local Circle K convenience store. The audit took about 10 or so minutes to complete, and paid quite decently. The project assigner contacted her via text message asking if she'd be interested in completing a route that same audit at all of the Circle K convenience stores a few cities over (about an hour drive from her home, and included 15-20 stores total). She accepted when he said they'd pay her mileage, a bonus, and a bit more for each of the audits than the first of she could have it done by the end of the upcoming weekend. In total, she made a little over a few hundred dollars for the two or so days she put into it. They really like quality work, by the way. After completing those, he asked if she'd be interested in completing another route of the same audits, but in the next state which is about 2 hours from her home. She wished she would've had the time to do it, since he offered mileage, hotel and food costs, and another slight pay bump to each of the audits. Unfortunately it needed to be done during a time when she had previous engagements, so she had to decline.
The types of gigs they offer include those such as quick and simple audits, product demos that you'd perform in stores (these usually require about 3-4 hours of your time, and also an application to be submitted and approved, but they pay very well. As an example, they're currently running a 4-hour product demo project which pays $20/hour), product shelf resets, POS placements (this is where you'd be placing promotional material or signage, product displays, etc. for a specific product in a store), and more!
The one thing that may be intimidating about the app is navigation. There are quite a few things to click on to get the information you need. This isn't a huge issue, however, since after using it for some time, you get used to the app's layout and how to find everything you need to be successful.
Average Pay: $7 - $20 per job
Approval Time: 8 business days (scheduled)
Cash Out Method: PayPal
Minimum Cash Out: $5 (You must request a payout in the app. Payments are sent on a specified schedule, which also depends on the date you request your payout. The payment schedule for 2019 can be viewed here.)
Availability: United States

Honorable Mentions

The following apps are those which I don't use very often because they don't list very many jobs in my area, so they're not as lucrative to me. I'm still going to list them because they may still be worth a look for you, since you never know what they may have available in your area.

Gigwalk NON-REF Availability: United States, Canada
Cash Out Method: PayPal

Observa REF | Referral Code: initial-gharial | NON-REF Availability: United States (Maybe others. Their site lists only North America as a whole)
Cash Out Method: PayPal, Coinbase (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin)

If there are any other similar apps that you all use, feel free to drop them in the comments along with something about them. I'm always on the lookout for more apps to add to my arsensal.
If you have any questions about any of the aforementioned apps, feel free to ask in the comments. I'll do my best to answer anything I can.

MW Taking Short Break to Get Settled In. Last Day to Ship 2/24! Mush Love to the Entire Myco Fam <3

Hello you beautiful souls! All of the support recently has been so so incredibly helpful, and has been keeping me extremely busy :) I'm sorry I haven't even had the time to make a post about when I will be away, and this is coming on super short notice, but I will only be taking orders through the rest of today, SUNDAY Feb. 23. I will be shipping all orders from this weekend tomorrow, Feb. 24, and will not be taking any new orders until I settle in after moving and make sure I'm ready and able to resume shipping before I make any promises on orders.
I was hoping to be able to ship until just a day or two before moving, but I now see that will hinder the process of setting up a new work space and further delay and complicate orders. Your patience and understanding means the world to me, as I'm trying to make this process as quick and smooth as possible. I'll still be able to respond to general questions and help out as much as I can during this short break, but I will not take any new orders until I'm 100% ready to ship at my new place around March 3. Be on the lookout for a new "up and running" post around that time, and more frequent updates at Millywyco in the meantime :)
Shipping in US only at the moment, not available to ID, GA, or CA (yes, really)
Spore syringes are for microscopy use only
Any reference to cultivation will exclude you from placing an order and we may never speak again. I want to talk to you. Don't do it!
There are no exceptions to these rules. You have been warned.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Cash App, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bitcoin and Amazon gift cards
PayPal is NOT available to me at this time.
Also, I am the fee master! I get charged fees left and right that I don't pass on to you from shipping and third party payments. If you'd like to throw me a tip, however much it may be, I'd love you forever and it really does make a difference! These types of people have allowed me to share with some who are less fortunate. On the other hand, if times are tough for you right now, let's talk about it!
If you are a returning customer who has left a review, mention the secret password "BESTFRIENDSFORLIFE" for a discount!
ALL PRICES INCLUDE USPS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING!! I COVER ALL STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS.
Please add an additional $5 to any order if you prefer 2-day Tracked Priority Mail shipping. (90% of my Priority Mail shipments are 2 day. Occasionally, rural areas are 3 day)
1 syringe for $15
2 syringes for $20
5 syringes for $30
Golden Teacher (LIMITED TO 2 PER ORDER!)
Cambodian
Lizard King
****Paneaolus Cyanescens***\*
These tiny guys pack a big punch, mostly in tropical areas. Unlike the Blue Meanie cubensis variety causing much confusion, this is the actual species also known as Blue Meanie.

How the Bitcoin price was changing

Nowadays, the Bitcoin currency rate perhaps is the most unpredictable thing. All predictions about how BTC price will increase or drop are in some way similar to the weather forecasts. No one can tell what will happen to the coin tomorrow. One of the most important factors that experts rely on is the history of the currency rate over the whole period of BTC existence with its dynamics. It is essential to know what was happening to the coin as this allows you to understand what can happen to it in the future.

2009

The first digital currency – Bitcoin – came to the world on January 9, 2009. In the same month, the creator of Bitcoin mined the first block and he also made the first financial operation in the BTC system.

At the beginning of its history, the Bitcoin price was ridiculously low. The first exchange of BTC to US dollars was made in the summer of 2009 when Martti Malmi received 5.02 USD for his 5050 Bitcoins.

The first official Bitcoin exchange rate to the fiat dollar was established on October 9, 2009. At that time, for 1 dollar you could buy 1 309.03 BTC. Many people now regret that they missed the opportunity to buy Bitcoin for pennies.

2010

In 2010, events in the cryptocurrency market began to develop more intensively. The Bitcoin Market exchange was opened in February 2010, where it was possible to sell the digital coin. In May of this year, the most well-known deal with Bitcoin had happened. The programmer Laszlo Hanyecz bought 2 pizzas for 10,000 BTC. It was the first purchase using cryptocurrency in the real world. He posted a request on the crypto forum saying that he wanted to buy two pizzas. In exchange for that, he offered 10K Bitcoins that back then cost about 40 dollars. And there was a person who agreed to have this deal – it was the 19 years old Jeremy Sturdivant. Jeremy didn’t become a millionaire since then as he spent his coins to travel across the USA.

As for Laszlo, he doesn’t regret about the lost millions. He was mining coins for his pleasure at that time and spent them to different non-significant things.

In July of 2010, BTC price raised to 0.08 dollars. Then in November, the price went up for 50 percent. In general, 2010 was an excellent period for strengthening the position of Bitcoin. The digital currency was almost able to reach the point of one dollar.

2011

BTC overcame the point of 1 dollar only in February of 2011. By early June, the price had grown to 10 dollars. This was a small victory for Bitcoin. Another maximum was set at the point of $31.91. In the middle of June 2011, there was a sharp drop in price: from 31.91 again to 10 dollars.

The year 2011 was full of negative events. One of them happened on June 13, when a user’s electronic wallet was first hacked and 25 thousand coins were stolen from there. In a few days, some geeks hacked MtFox exchange where they got data of sixty thousand users. These events negatively affected the Bitcoin rate. It became clear that in the future the price of digital currency will be determined taking into consideration any events that occur in the market.

2012

In 2012, the exchange rate was ranging from 8 to 12 dollars per 1 BTC. This period was also rich in significant events. One of them is that Bitcoin Central bank began its work. This bank received a license and was even recognised by European regulators.

2013

February 22, 2013, was the day when Bitcoin began to grow again. The price reached the mark of $30. Another increase occurred at the end of January – $31.9. The upward trend continued. March 22 rate was 74.9 dollars per BTC.

On the first day of April, the price went up to $100 and within another nine days, the BTC price grew to 266 dollars. But the growth did not last long. By October it was $109. The possible reason for that is the arrest of an anonymous trading platform Silk Road.

Since November 2013, the price of Bitcoin began to grow anew. By the end of the month, the price exceeded all expectations and raised up to $1,200 per coin. The reason for overcoming the $1,000 point was the BTC support by Zynga game creator. Experts also noted another event that could affect the growth: one of the higher education institutions in Cyprus started accepting the Bitcoin as payment for tuition.

But by the end of the first week of December, the price was 1,000 dollars. In the middle of December 2013, the BTC price dropped to 600 dollars because the China Central Bank prohibited the country’s financial institutions to maintain operations with cryptocurrency.

2014

During the year 2014, there happened rather a significant amount of events that had an impact on the Bitcoin volatility. In the first days of January, 1 BTC was equal to 770 dollars. In February it was 700 dollars. Summer 2014 slightly strengthened the reputation of the cryptocurrency.

Many experts think that it was 2014 when BTC strengthened its position in the market, in spite of the fact that Bitcoin price was low – by the end of the year it settled in at around 310 dollars. In 2014 investors began to consider Bitcoin as a potential investment as Bitcoin price predictions seemed quite attractive.

2015

At the beginning of 2015, the BTC price started rising: with 177 dollars in January to 281 dollars to March. The number of people who were trading Bitcoin increased – there were about 160,000 people was buying and selling BTC on exchanges by August 2015. In one period of 2015 the Bitcoin price grew up to 500 dollars, but to the end of 2015, it dropped to about 350 USD.

2016

In 2016, Japan declared Bitcoin as a currency and allowed to use it to pay for goods and services. South Africa was the next who did the same. In April 2016, BTC rate went up and reached $454 per coin. By the end of May, 1 BTC was already worth $600. The reason for the price increase might be the growth of the number of transactions in the Chinese market. The highest price in 2016 was in December – $950 for one Bitcoin.

2017

The year of 2017 was an incredible period in respect of BTC price. It started with $1,000 for 1 coin. Already in June, it was $2,600. By the beginning of September, the price jumped to $5,000 per 1 BTC. On December 17, the Bitcoin price achieved a record and was over 20,000 US dollars.

How did this happen? Here are some reasons that experts point due to the growth of Bitcoin price:

However, later in December, the price plummeted from 20 000 dollars to 12 000 dollars. Experts had different reasons including that one of the first cryptocurrency creators sold out all his digital savings and called such investments too risky.

2018

During the first 4 months of 2018, the price of BTC dropped below 7,000 USD. These negative dynamics were quite logical because the rise is always followed by the fall. For the first time since October 2017, the Bitcoin price fell below 6,000 dollars. On November 25, the price of Bitcoin fell even lower – $3,676 per 1 BTC. By mid-December, the bitcoin rate fell by almost 80% to its yearly rate, the price was $3,200.

Nowadays

What can we expect in 2019? What Bitcoin price predictions do crypto experts have? People hope that 2019 will bring new opportunities for Bitcoin and also other cryptocurrencies. Some investors and crypto enthusiasts predict that the BTC price will grow to 40 – 50,000 USD by the end of 2019. One of them, John McAfee, is assured that the price will rise to 1 million dollars by the end of 2020. He even had a bet that he posted in his Twitter saying that he would eat his “love muscle” if his BTC price prediction will not come true.

There may be a number of factors that can influence the BTC price in 2019. They are:

As it was said before, Bitcoin price predictions are almost like the weather forecast – you never know what price it will have tomorrow. If you think about investing in BTC or any other cryptocurrency you should follow its rate at present time but never forget to compare it to the past. But please, don’t bet to eat any of your body parts 🙂
